La nostra azienda nasce nel 1993 a Mezzana Bigli (PV) con l’obiettivo di progettare e produrre velivoli ultraleggeri.
Il nostro prodotto è completamente “made in Italy” e oggi viene venduto in tutto il mondo. La nostra forza risiede nella concezione che abbiamo dell’azienda, siamo tutti un’unica famiglia.
I nostri clienti ne entrano a far parte grazie ad un rapporto diretto e basato sulla fiducia. Conoscendo i loro desideri possiamo farli nostri, personalizzando insieme il velivolo dei loro sogni, con livree, pannelli e interni su misura.

Our company was founded in 1993 in Mezzana Bigli, in the province of Pavia and specializes in the design, production and sale of ultralight aircrafts.
Over the years, the Groppo S.r.l company has had the capacity for emergencies in the sector thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the field, always in line with the changing times. The sale of ultralights two-seaters has thus expanded from Italy to the whole world, boasting international customers.
The first model made in our workshop was the Groppino , a minimal tube and canvas, which introduced many enthusiasts to the world of flight. Later the focus moved towards products with classic metal construction, giving life to the Dui (single-seater capable of accommodating a passenger, tricycle) and then to the Folder (two-seater side by side). These two handcrafted aircraft laid the foundations for the development and construction of the models currently in production: Il TRAIL , ultralight tandem bike and stol, suitable for uneven terrain and mountains, and the G70 , large and spacious side-by-side two-seater aircraft, dedicated to those who love comfort , but also suitable for flight schools.

The sale of our ultralights is accompanied by the support of our team to identify the most suitable aircraft for the customer's needs
Our strength lies in the size of the company, which is like a family , establishing a direct relationship with our customers, who become part of it. Knowing their wishes we can make them ours, customizing the aircraft of their dreams together , with custom liveries, panels and interiors.
The service we provide does not end with sale and assistance for the construction of the aircraft, but also provides everything that revolves around the world of flight, such as accessories , clothing ad hoc, flight instruments , instruments for the engine , air communication systems , navigation and components .
The history of our aircraft
The first model realized in our workshop was the Groppino, a minimalist tube and canvas, which introduced to the world of flight a lot of fans.
Our focus then moved to products with classic metal construction, giving rise to the Dui
(single-seater able to accommodate a passenger, tricycle) and then the Folder (two-seater side by side).
These two aircraft, handcrafted, have laid the foundations for the development and realization of the models currently in production: The TRAIL, ultralight tandem bicycle and stol, suitable for rough terrain and mountains, and the G70, two-seater aircraft side by side wide and spacious, dedicated to those who love comfort, but also suitable for flight schools.
